From time to time appointments become available because customer circumstances change which leaves holes in our daily schedule. It is our goal at Dry-Concepts to keep all of our technicians busy every day.To that end we have developed an incentive program for our customers who are willing to sacrifice their flexibility for a legitimate discount.

• Stand-by Discount – A customer qualifies for a 10% discount on any cleaning when they agree to be placed on our Stand-by List. This is a list of customers who are flexible with their time and will help us by taking a time slot that becomes available due to “no shows” (customer not home when we arrive for their appointment), last minute cancellations, or availabilities created by work shortages.
